Pet Sitter Instruction Sheet
Put your pet's usual care and emergency contacts on one clear handover sheet.
Pet handover details
Enter your pet's care details, then the vet and emergency contact.
Pet sitter instructions
Ready when you are.
Enter your pet's details, then create a sheet for your sitter.
For general information only, not professional advice. This sheet uses the details you enter. Check them with your sitter before you leave.
Start with your details
Add your pet's details
Enter your pet's name, meal times, walks and toilet habits in your own words. Leave a field blank if you do not have that detail yet.
Add both contacts
Enter your pet's vet or clinic name and phone number. For the emergency contact, enter the owner or another agreed person the sitter should call, with that person's phone number. Phone numbers can include a country code, spaces, parentheses, hyphens and an extension. A filled phone field must contain a number. If a contact detail is missing, a reminder appears beside its field after you create the sheet.
Check the handover
Create the sheet and read it through with your sitter. Correct anything that is out of date before you leave.
Save or print
Save a copy in this browser. Use Print or save PDF to print the one-page layout or choose your browser's Save as PDF destination.
What shapes your result
This is a form, not a care calculator. The sheet repeats the details you enter. It does not suggest meal amounts, walk lengths, toilet times or clinical instructions.
Missing contact details are flagged beside their form fields after you create a draft. The sheet and printout contain only the care details you enter.
Each Save creates a separate copy on this device. Open a saved copy from Saved to see its sheet. Editing the form shows an Inputs changed notice. The previous sheet stays visible until you choose Create again.
Print or save PDF uses the same A4 print layout. In the print dialog, choose a printer or Save as PDF. No file is uploaded and no separate PDF service is used.
The print layout uses two columns to keep instructions readable on one page. Many separate lines can need extra pages; combine related details and check the print preview before handing it over.

Short answers to what people ask most.
Do I need every field before creating the sheet?
Enter a pet name to identify the sheet. Other fields can be left blank. Missing vet and emergency contact details are called out so you can add them before leaving.
Why is there a warning beside Vet phone?
The handover needs a number your sitter can use. Enter it in Vet phone, then create the sheet again. You can still create a draft while that number is missing.
Can I save more than one sitter sheet?
Yes. Each Save makes a separate copy in this browser. Open or delete copies using Saved in the header. Delete saved data removes the browser's saved plans.
How do I make a PDF?
Choose Print or save PDF, then select Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog. The printable version is arranged for one A4 page.
Are your contact details shared online?
The form and saved copies stay in this browser. This tool has no Share link because the sheet can include private phone numbers and instructions.
