Supports permanent teeth starting to emerge around 12 weeks. Its typical six-month finish is disclosed separately; it is not the source for the seven-month guidepost.

What shapes your result
Start guide date = birth date + 12 x 7 days. Completion guide date = birth date + seven calendar months. Calendar months are not treated as four-week periods. If the target month has no matching day, its last valid day is used.
Humane World describes a start around 12 weeks and a typical finish around six months. BSAVA gives six to seven months for adult teeth replacing baby teeth. This planner uses the specified 12-week and seven-calendar-month guideposts; puppies vary.
The two dates are planning markers drawn from broad age guidance. Neither is a deadline or a guarantee of normal development. Earlier or later development needs individual assessment; the timeline does not diagnose dental problems.
Dates are calculated on your device. A saved copy retains the original birth date; reopening it keeps the same stage dates. Historical dates are kept in place without being called missed treatments. Editing the birth date shows an Inputs changed notice. The previous timeline stays visible until you choose Create again.
This is one worldwide page. Changing the navigation country keeps the page and its result, while visible dates follow that country's format. Save and Print are the specified actions; no share or calendar download is added.

When do puppies start getting adult teeth?
This tool shows a guide date around 12 weeks, when Humane World's fact sheet says baby teeth start falling out and adult teeth begin to appear. Individual puppies do not all follow the same date.
When should all adult teeth be in place?
BSAVA's puppy guide gives six to seven months. The timeline uses the approximate seven-calendar-month end of that range. Humane World describes a typical finish nearer six months, so this is a broad guide, not a prediction.
Does the timeline confirm a puppy has finished teething?
No. It adds age offsets to the birth date; it does not examine teeth, count them or diagnose a delay. A date that has passed is historical guidance, not proof of completion.
When should you ask a vet about puppy teeth?
Ask your vet about teeth that remain beside emerging adult teeth, mouth pain, swelling, bleeding or trouble eating. Do not wait for a timeline date if something seems wrong.
What happens with month-end or older birth dates?
Seven months means seven calendar months, with the day clamped to the last valid day if necessary. Older birth dates keep their original dates so the timeline can be read as history. The planner does not produce catch-up care.
Can I save, share or download it?
Save keeps a separate copy in this browser. Use Saved to open or delete copies, or Delete saved data to clear saved plans. Print opens your browser's print dialog, where PDF saving may be available. This tool has no Share or calendar download.

Supports adult teeth replacing baby teeth by six to seven months and asking the vet about retained baby teeth. The planner uses the approximate seven-month end of that range; this guide does not give the 12-week start.
Supports seeking a dental check for retained baby teeth, pain, bleeding, swelling or reduced appetite. General care guidance only; not a source for the two stage ages.
